Rachael Sullivan, Champaign, Ill., requested the recipe for a warm
walnut vinaigrette dressing that is served over a spinach, apple and
blue cheese salad at Inn at Cedar Crossing, 336 Louisiana St.,
Sturgeon Bay.
Eileen Spielbauer, Green Bay, asked for the black-bean soup
recipe.
Terry Wulf, owner, sent the recipes and included a note about the
soup, made by chef Joel Mathews.
"This black bean soup is becoming a standard daily feature for us,
replacing our chili. It is incredibly popular."
