It's probably not surprising that a funeral home and a recreation
center would have lush landscapes.
But a sign factory?
Nonetheless, Everbrite Inc., which makes lighted signs, is one of
three business winners in the annual Greenfield Beautification
Committee contest.
The firm was cited for "the meticulous job of maintaining the
entire grounds of their business," at 4949 S. 110th St.
"Their Sign City, miniature signs in a park-like setting, is quite
unique and fun to see," the committee said.
The other two business winners were River Falls Recreation, 5401
W. Layton Ave., and Max A. Sass & Sons Funeral Home, 4747 S. 60th
St., both cited for flower plantings and well-groomed grounds.
