Do you ever get sick of putting the same old stuff on bread,
crackers, and bagels? After a while, butter, jam, and peanut butter
get somewhat boring. Why not mix things up a little and try
something like garlic and herb-cheese spread?
It may sound a bit strange, but it tastes delicious.
The recipe is easy to follow. The only thing that might be a
little difficult is sauteing the garlic. Just put the olive oil in
a pan over low heat and stir the garlic pieces around in it until
they're tender and golden. This will give the spread a much better
flavor.
You can use low-fat cream cheese and non-fat sour cream to cut
down on calories and fat.
