Life's most hectic moments are often hard to anticipate. How can
we plan when the deepest desperation seems to blind-side us? But
there are predictable times when we know we're likely to feel
ambushed. What about the week school starts or the week when a big
project is due?
An isolated day is one thing, but when you know you're about to
hit an entire Desperate Week, it's best to get a plan. If you have
your bags of Back-to-Basics Marinara Sauce frozen from last week,
you can rest easy knowing you're halfway to a trio of speedy,
nutritious meals.
