Article: Outlook Group founder, CEO resigns

The top executive and founder of Menasha-based Outlook Group Corp. resigned Monday, amid the soon-to-be acquired graphic services and packaging firm's struggle to restructure and overcome financial woes.

Outlook Group chief executive officer David Erdmann cited "personal reasons" for his sudden departure from the company, said Tom Aschenbrenner, chief financial officer of the company. The company said its board of directors would select Erdmann's replacement on Wednesday.

The announcement was made after the close of trading on Monday, when Outlook shares closed unchanged at $6.625. Outlook Group,
