Article: Appeals Court rules doctor ignored woman's options Judges say Caesarean section should have been performed when requested

Clarifying a law that requires doctors to give patients treatment options and the risks involved, the Appeals Court said Tuesday that a physician should have complied when a woman about to give birth asked that the baby be delivered by Caesarean section.

In a separate case, the 3rd District Court of Appeals also ruled Tuesday that the American Indian nickname and logo at Mosinee High School does not discriminate against American Indians.
