A judge has temporarily frozen the assets of AR Accessories Group Inc. as creditors stake their claims against the owners of the troubled leather goods manufacturer.

Acting on the petition of a creditor who alleges the former Amity Leather Products Co. is "insolvent or in imminent danger of insolvency," Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Arlene D. Connors this week barred AR from disposing of its assets, except in the ordinary course of business, pending a hearing March 19.
