Is it not more inspiring to envision an eagle soaring high in the sky, flying nearer the sun than any other creature; to picture a mother eagle teaching her young to fly by soaring beneath them to catch them on her own wings if they falter?

Or does it bring out the best in us to envision ourselves as warriors of any kind, ready to defend to the death what we perceive to be ours? Which image would we rather see our young adults take for themselves through their school?
