Finally, it was a start at home for the Milwaukee Wave's road
warrior, goalkeeper Carmine Isacco.
The Wave responded with a 22-10 blowout victory over the Baltimore
Spirit on Sunday afternoon, as Isacco made himself quite comfortable
around the Bradley Center nets.
"He hadn't played at home, and that was our carrot today," said
Wave coach Keith Tozer. "We wanted to send a message that it doesn't
matter who's playing at home in the Bradley Center. If (midfielder)
Steve Morris sits out, we win. If (starting goalkeeper) Victor
Nogueira sits out, we win."
Isacco made 14 saves, including several spectacular ones, and the
