It's pretty obvious that they're in the stands, watching.

They're the men with the sun-tanned faces. They bring along radar guns, stopwatches and charts.

"They're always in the stands," said senior Jeff Stoss. "You can't miss them." But the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee first baseman blocks them out of his mind, pretends they aren't there. "I don't want that pressure on me," Stoss said. "I just want to go out and play hard and show the scouts, this is what I can do." With a bat in his hands, Stoss can do a lot.
