He may be the Easter Bunny, but he doesn't eat like a rabbit.
He craves peanut butter, constantly nibbles chocolate and, during
a recent lunch at The Bayou on Water St., ordered three deep-fried
Cajun appetizers (to share), a large bowl of spicy penne pasta with
crawfish and chicken, and bread pudding with Bourbon St. caramel
sauce for dessert.
It's a good thing the bunny works out every day. "It's gotta be
religiously, the way I eat," he confessed. He also plays basketball
and softball, and helps coach football at Dominican High School.
When the real Easter Bunny can't keep up with the demand of the
holiday, this food-lovin', ever-hoppin' bunny a k a David "Bucky"
