A group of long-vacant buildings in the 700 block of N. Water St.
are getting some new owners and new life.
A row of four adjacent buildings, part of the City Hall Square
development, will be converted to an art gallery, restaurants and
other commercial space on the ground floors and residential and
office space on the upper floors.
Those four buildings will join two other adjacent buildings that
were sold in 1997 to Wynkoop Brewing Co. Denver-based Wynkoop plans
to begin converting its property to a brew pub and office space later
this summer.
