A local provider of Internet programming services, sports
paraphernalia and toys is suing a Danish firm in an effort to win
the right to a disputed Internet domain name, according to federal
court records.
Interactive Data LLC of Menomonee Falls is asking a judge to rule
that its use of the "idata.com" domain name does not violate any
trademark rights that I-Data International A/S of Denmark may have.
Denmark's IDI, which manufactures and markets computer printer
connections for networks and mainframes, has asked Network Solutions
Inc., an organization that registers domain names, to stop
