Article: Orzo salad knows no season

One of the most popular dishes in Greek cuisine is shrimp with tomatoes and feta cheese. Every bite delivers briny, tangy tastes. The sauce is so seductive you need a hunk of bread to scoop up every last morsel. This dish is great for winter nights when I want something hearty, elegant and easy.

During a recent heat wave, I craved the mixture of shrimp, cheese and tomatoes. However, the idea of eating a hot dinner was not appealing.
