Cheese gifts distributed by a Wisconsin congressman to his colleagues are a tasty attempt to win support for reforming milk price-support programs, he says.

U.S. Rep. James Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) said he advises the recipients that they could improve their constituents' chances of savoring Wisconsin cheese if changes were made in the federal marketing order.
