A nine-year struggle to develop 73 acres of hardwood forest land in the Town of Mount Pleasant will go on at least one more month after a Racine County panel decidedt more information about the development was needed before it could recommend rezoning for the development.

The Racine County Planning and Development Committee voted, 6-0, Oct. 5 to postpone action on rezoning the property from agriculture to residential until the town addresses several water and land use issues.
