Towne Realty Inc. is proceeding with plans to develop a 118-acre
business park on W. Beloit Road half a mile west of Moorland Road in
New Berlin.
Towne Corporate Park-New Berlin will have sites ranging from
three to 15 acres. Its roads, sewers and water mains are expected
to be completed by early next summer, the company announced.
Towne President Art Wigchers said the business park segment is
one with "significant growth potential." Wigchers said development
of business parks is consistent with Towne's long-term strategic
plan.
"We continue to look for additional sites for corporate park
development in both southeastern Wisconsin and throughout the
country," Wigchers said.
