Jon Bryant quietly has rounded out his game, moving from a
catch-and-shoot guard to a more complete player.
The transition has allowed the 6-foot-2 junior shooting guard to
give the University of Wisconsin a lift off the bench.
Bryant has shown flashes of strong play, notably in scoring 11
points in UW's victory over Marquette, and nine points in the
Badgers' 66-51 upset of No. 12 Michigan State on Wednesday.
UW coach Dick Bennett said Bryant's ability to move well without
the ball and play defense have complemented his perimeter shooting
skills and made him a more effective weapon for the No. 24 Badgers.
