Top-seeded Tom Chicoine of Neenah reached the quarterfinals of the Milwaukee Tennis Classic with a 7-5, 6-1 fourth-round victory over the University of California's Chris Santoso on Wednesday.

Chicoine, a senior at the University of Minnesota, will play California's Scott Kintz in a quarterfinal match at 11 a.m. today at the Milwaukee Auditorium.

In the feature men's match at the Auditorium on Wednesday, California sophomore Hiro Nakamura continued his torrid play with a 2-6, 7-5, 6-3 victory over Illinois' Jamal Parker.
