A Milwaukee police detective who has been missing since April 15
has been charged in connection with two Reno, Nev., casino
robberies. In one of them, the robber arrived and left by
limousine.
Milwaukee police said Saturday that Peter Pinchar, 45, a 17-year
member of the force, had been arrested by the Reno police on three
charges of armed robbery.
Pinchar's job with the Milwaukee Police Department was to
investigate robberies, police sources said.
Reno police reported that a lone robber pulled up to the Reno
Flamingo Hilton on Friday afternoon in a chauffeured limousine, got
out and then approached the cashier cage, demanding money while
