A lawyer for Black Wolf Lodge denies a lawsuit allegation that his client's choice of name interferes with the business of Blackwolf Run, a golf course about 110 miles to the east.

The course in Kohler has sued in U.S. District Court in Milwaukee, demanding that the Lake Delton resort near Wisconsin Dells change its name.

The lawsuit also demands damages, lawyer fees and a punitive amount. Blackwolf Run is owned by the plumbing manufacturer Kohler Co. It calls the name of the Lake Delton resort an infringement and dilution of the course's ...
