The state Supreme Court on Friday upheld a concealed weapon
conviction of a 39-year-old former gas station manager who took a
loaded handgun with him when he went into a Milwaukee bank to make a
deposit.

service station, 6028 W. Fond du Lac Ave., had waited five days for

cash -- into two bags, threw his gun into his car, and went to
Milwaukee Western Bank, 6001 W. Capitol Drive.
