For the first time in 30 years, the New York Knicks swept a seven-game series. For the first time in five years, they're in the Eastern Conference finals.

On another day of politicking off the court and precision on it, the Knicks completed a 4-0 sweep of the Atlanta Hawks with a 79-66 victory Monday night at Madison Square Garden.

New York moves on to a conference final matchup with the Indiana Pacers beginning Sunday in Indianapolis.
