Article: OSHA issues safety citations to Bilsons

The death of a Milwaukee factory worker has prompted the Occupational Safety and Health Administration to issue citations alleging serious and willful violations of federal workplace safety laws against Bilsons Industries Inc.

Penalties proposed by the agency would total $121,750.

OSHA investigated the business, at 2733 W. Carmen Ave., after an explosion last March killed one worker and injured two others.
