IT MIGHT surprise some people to hear that there are a few serious
nutritional indulgences I haven't abandoned (and then again, knowing
my penchant for chocolate, it might not). Actually, I try to
consider them as compromises; if the particular food is flawed in
the fat or cholesterol category, it has to have some offsetting
virtue such as high vitamin content or trace mineral. Obviously,
taste is already in its favor, or I wouldn't be looking for excuses.
