Throw a flank steak on the grill -- it's a perfect way to perk up dinner. Put a couple of slices of grilled flank steak on greens to make a satisfying, and delicious, salad. Arrange some slices over horseradish-mashed potatoes and smother with mushroom sauce for a snappy, elegant dinner. Or layer some slices on an Italian roll, and top with melted provolone cheese and hot peppers for a gourmet cheese steak sandwich.
