Flank steak fixes a flat meal

Got the dinnertime doldrums?
Throw a flank steak on the grill -- it's a perfect way to perk up
dinner. Put a couple of slices of grilled flank steak on greens to
make a satisfying, and delicious, salad. Arrange some slices over
horseradish-mashed potatoes and smother with mushroom sauce for a
snappy, elegant dinner. Or layer some slices on an Italian roll, and
top with melted provolone cheese and hot peppers for a gourmet cheese
steak sandwich.
Besides being versatile, flank steak is simple and quick to
prepare: Marinate it with store-bought or homemade dressing, then
grill, or broil, for roughly 6 to 15 minutes. ...
