Merchants & Manufacturers to acquire bank
Community Bank of Oconto County will be added to New Berlin firm's
holdings in $14.5 million stock deal

Merchants & Manufacturers Bancorporation and Community Bank of
Oconto County are announcing today that they plan to merge in a stock
deal worth nearly $14.5 million.
Under the agreement, which still needs approval from regulators
and shareholders of the Oconto Falls-based bank, Community Bank would
be added to Merchants & Manufacturers' growing list of Wisconsin
holdings.
Merchants & Manufacturers, based in New Berlin, is the parent
