Someone once pasted a photograph of the editor of the Boscobel
Dial to an envelope and simply wrote Boscobel under it. The local
post office had no trouble figuring out it went to the newspaper.
As the cliche goes, everyone knows everyone in a small town. The
trick in this southwestern Wisconsin city of 2,800 is keeping the 278
incorrigibles on the edge of town from sharing in that familiarity.
So the inmates at the Supermax prison, which opened in Boscobel in
November to cater to the disruptive demographic among the criminally
