It certainly didn't appear so at the time, but the shoulder injury that Jamey Wright suffered in the early days of spring training might have been a blessing in disguise.

Having barely learned the names of his new teammates in the Milwaukee Brewers clubhouse, the 6-foot-5 right-hander was devastated in early March when told he had slight tears of both the labrum and rotator cuff in his pitching shoulder.
