Merrill -- A fireworks stand operator wants Lincoln County to pay back $150,000 he says he lost because the sheriff shut down his business three times in June.

Larry Cornellier Jr., president of Pyro Sales, filed three claims against Sheriff Paul Proulx, the preliminary step before a lawsuit can be filed, said John Olson, an attorney for Cornellier.
