1 to 3 inches of snow possible today, then rising temperatures

The cold weather continues, with the threat for more snow today
across most of southern, central and eastern Wisconsin. Temperatures
will show a slow trend upward, with highs in the 20s today and the
30s by the weekend, but today's snow, with the potential for another
1 to 3 inches, is the big weather story. We have already had 21
inches of snow this season, close to half the average for a whole
winter. It looks like a good bet this will be the snowy winter we
have missed for the past few years.
