Attorney accused of election fraud
Konnor voted even though he was convicted of one felony, complaint
says

An attorney who lost his license to practice law after he was
convicted of one felony and eight misdemeanors was ordered Tuesday to
stand trial on accusations of voting in the November election in
spite of his felon status.
Clay Konnor, who is just half way through five years of probation
for his 1998 convictions, was ordered by Court Commissioner Julia
Vosper to stand trial on a felony charge of election fraud.
Konnor, who is alleged to have told an investigator that he was
unaware he could not legally vote ...
