Want to talk to your bookie on company time? Do you prefer gabbing
with your girlfriend while at work?
Then City Hall is the place for you. At the Hall, you see, you can
call whomever you want locally, and your boss will never know.
Unlike managers with the state and many private firms, city agency
chiefs can't get records showing what local calls workers make, said
Dorinda Floyd of the city Department of Public Works.
