It's easy to pick the blockbuster real estate book of this
holiday season--that would be "A Man in Full," Tom Wolfe's
critically acclaimed best seller about the ruination of an Atlanta
developer.
But for the run-of-the-mill home buyer or seller, the tale of
greed, ego and race doesn't provide much concrete advice. For that,
there are shelves and shelves of real estate books available. Many
of them could prove welcome gifts for people who are trying to deal
with what is, as all the books repeat ad nauseam, "probably the
biggest investment they will ever make."
