With the rest of his teammates content to sample Vancouver's Halloween activities, Washington Capitals goaltender Olaf Kolzig boarded a private jet late this afternoon, bound for the small area of southwest Washington state called Tri-Cities. The plane belonged to Ron Toigo, who owns the Tri-Cities Americans, Kolzig's junior hockey team. But the evening that followed belonged to Kolzig, who had his No. 33 retired at Tri-Cities Coliseum.
