I am writing in response to the editorial titled "Parents and the
Internet" (March 27). I agree with the editorial's thesis that the
Children's Internet Protection Act is misguided and potentially
harmful legislation; however, I would like to revisit some of the
points the editorial raised.
It argued that the filtering systems do not work as they are
