Madison -- The most striking impression gathered at a forum on
free trade at the University of Wisconsin-Madison on Thursday was
that all the speakers said they support the concept.
That is not what one would expect to find in Wisconsin's capital,
where to large portions of the population, free trade is about as
welcome as a ham sandwich in a synagogue.
