Man faces charge in school bomb case

Racine -- A 21-year-old Racine man is facing a felony charge in
connection with the discovery of a bomb at Roosevelt School.
Raymond Jensen has been charged with possession of an explosive
device.
According to court records, a student found an explosive-type
