Make winning cheeses easier to find

Last year at the State Fair, I bought a crock of award-winning, creamy goat's milk cheese bathed in oil and garlic.

Unfortunately, there wasn't another crock of this wonderful, addictive cheese to be found once the fair was over, except at the Kolb Lena Bresse Bleu factory in Watertown, where the fair's blue ribbon winner was produced. It was a long, hungry trek to Watertown to buy more.

As I perused the 2001 blue ribbon cheeses a week ago in the Wisconsin Products Pavilion at the fair, I made sure to pick up several tubs of my favorite Serafina Garlic Herb Spread, which earned a blue ...
