Midwest farmers have unfair advantage

The Journal Sentinel's editorial opposing the Northeast Dairy Compact was predictably shortsighted. Predictable, because the compact undermines Wisconsin's unfair dominance in the dairy industry and shortsighted, because Wisconsin farmers may need similar protection to fight suburban sprawl.
