Vitamin pills. You can't live with them, and you can't live without them.

At least that's the way it seems over the last month as a rash of studies involving heart disease and the use of various vitamin supplements found that the pills either help, hurt or have no benefit.

It is the kind of information that can cause confusion among health-conscious consumers and shows just how complicated the state of knowledge on that topic really is.
