Life in Serenity, Fla., is not living up to its name. Built to be the "ideal" community adjacent to Whipple mega-theme park near Orlando, Serenity has become a miserable place to live.

The community's strict rules have made the place a virtual prison where glorified security guards act like real cops.

Residents are prohibited from suing or even complaining thanks to an always overlooked clause in the closing statements. While the houses look pretty on the outside, inside they are falling apart.
