Subdivision proposed at Lakeside Golf Course
Proposal would leave over half as open space

Town of Delafield -- Developers are proposing to transform the
historic Lakeside Golf Course into a subdivision that would include
vast areas of open space -- a plan that is stirring neighborhood
opposition.
Jim Siepmann, president of Siepmann Realty Corp. of Waukesha, said
his company and its partners want to redevelop the 66-acre golf
course into a 32-lot subdivision that would leave about 34 acres of
open space.
