Baileys goes long way in cheesecakes' flavor

Beverly Kenkel, West Bend, Sharyn Melik, Racine, and Annie
Fichtner, also of West Bend, sent cheesecake recipes made with
Baileys Irish Cream as requested by Angela Graf, Brookfield.
Kenkel wrote: "This is a recipe I have sampled and copied from my
niece. It is excellent and sinful."
Melik wrote: "I first tasted it in the mid-'90s at The Magnolia
Inn (in Pinehurst, N.C.)."
Fichtner said her recipe came from Bon Appetit magazine many years
ago. "It is always a hit."
