Dear Mr. Dad: Help! Our 3-month-old won't let us sleep. Sometimes
he's up every hour and a half, other times, he goes six or seven
hours at a stretch, and my husband and I wake up and worry that
there's something wrong. Will we even have a decent night's sleep
again?
A: By the time your baby is 4 months or so his sleep and nap
schedule should start to get a little more regular and predictable.
Unfortunately, there's a pretty good chance that his schedule is
going to be exactly the opposite of what you'd hoped it would be:
He'll sleep more during the day and be up at night.
