THE LIST OF CITIES reads like a travel brochure.
Las Vegas. New Orleans. Manhattan. Cancun.
But travel brochure it is not. Instead, these are the destinations
of four bachelor parties. And each bachelor, not to mention most of
his partying mates, hails from the Bay Area.
In just another example of the super-sizing of America, the
bachelor party has joined ranks with automobiles the size of tanks
and orders of fries the size of babies' heads. In other words,
they're huge.
No longer a one-night toast to the bachelor's impending betrothal,
the bachelor party has evolved into a sprawling celebration that
lasts a weekend or more, and involves everything from long-distance
travel to exotic ...
