Meat:
2 flank steaks (about 2 1/2 pounds)
Marinade:
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup McElhenny Pickapeppa Sauce or some other brand of sweet,
slightly hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
4 tablespoons dry red wine
4 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tablespoons A1 Steak Sauce
