You are happily ensconced in an upscale restaurant you've been
wanting to go to for ages. The chef is supposed to be brilliant.
Each dish on the menu seems more tempting than the next. What to
order? You look around. What is that elegant couple in the corner
eating? They seem to be regulars. You peer politely at their plates
and what do you discover?
Cheese. Just a few slivers and wedges of cheese.
