One steak, hold the hormones
When I grab meat or chicken for dinner, I want organic, but it's
expensive -- especially when you consider the volume I generally buy
and cook.
I could afford organic if I simply would make an effort to
calculate serving sizes. But I don't and I won't. Thankfully, someone
else will -- Sommers Organic.
The company sells a line of high quality meats that take all the
work out of portion control -- all of their meats are individually
packaged in precise 6-ounce portions; 4 ounces for burgers.
Besides being just the right portion size, the meats are all
organic, which means they have no hormones or other additives, and
