Chris Jasper, former group member of the Isley Brothers, is
arguably one of the most influential keyboardists/songwriters in R&B,
soul and funk music. Jasper's keyboard wizardry is heard on some of
the band's biggest 1970s and 1980s hits such as "Fight the Power,"
"For the Love of You," "Summer Breeze" and "Who's That Lady."
After leaving the Isleys in 1984, Jasper teamed with Ernie and
Marvin Isley and formed the group, Isley-Jasper-Isley. Their first
album, "Broadway's Next to Sunset Boulevard" was a marginal success.
But the group's sophomore release, "Caravan of Love" and the title
track, which featured Jasper on lead vocals, became a huge hit. Not
